By mistake, I deleted my Hello PIN for signing into my PC. I chose the wrong option to sign in without a PIN. what should I do now?

You still should be able to log in with your password, then you can establish a new PIN in settings.

You mean that you used a different method to sign in? Just choose the PIN at your sign in screen instead of the password (I am just guessing you used your password)
