Aomei Backupper installs, but does not reinstall

Installed Aomei Backupper on Windows 11, uninstalled. When I reinstall Aomei Backupper 7.1.2, it says it needs to restart PC before I can install. Attempted to install many times, and restarted several times. Attempted installation with Aomei Backupper free, & Aomei Backupper Pro Trial. In program files x86, there are no Aomei folders or files there. To troubleshoot, I uninstalled Aomei Partiton Assistant. There is now nothing from Aomei installed. Windows 11 has all required updates & optional driver updates, except it does not have 2H22, and I am not going to update to that at this time.
Why does Aomei Backupper installation repeatedly say I need to restart, and how do I fix that? Thank you.

There are probably remnants from your first install in the Registry.
