Are You Still Able to Tag Your Photos via OneDrive?

I am trying to tag photos in my OneDrive but the option is not even coming up after I followed multiple tutorials online.

Is this still an option?

I don't have a need for OneDrive but would ask if the same images' Properties can be altered if they are still on the computer's drive. Maybe it is a restriction in altering files on OneDrive.
