Automatically deleting EXE files

I am running W11 with ESET installed. I am trying to install Nanominer to mine some Etherium Classic but as soon as i download the program it changes the EXE file to web moniter and deletes the file. How can i get around this ? I have run other Nanominer programs before and nothing bad happens. What can this be ? It even erases the flash drive.

Fixed it. Damn Malaware

In most cases the AV detects and marks the .exe files as suspicious. I would try disabling it if I am sure that I will install a safe program.
