Hello,
My laptop frequently crashes with a blue screen error after waking up from sleep mode. Despite attempting to reinstall the system while keeping my files intact, the issue persists. Interestingly, it doesn't occur every time after sleep mode and there are no other noticeable glitches. However, I'm still required to restart the system.
Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
