Boarder Around Selected Item

When I select an item, a double lined box or boarder appears to highlight it. After a second or two it disappears. How do I turn it off?

It's a feature of the Edge browser. Settings >> Accessibility >> deselect "Show a high visibility outline around the area of focus on the page."
