I have this pc needs a password unticked in netplwiz and widows hell disabled.

Its fine booting from switched off but after going into sleep mode it then wont boot without entering a password which I obviously havent got.

How do I boot to the desktop no clicking O)K or anything - only I use the Desktop P)C.

If Windows is still asking for a password after sleep, try these steps:

  1. Turn off sign-in after sleep:
    • Open Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
    • Under "Require sign-in", select "Never".
  2. Check netplwiz settings:
    • Press Win + R, type netplwiz, and press Enter.
    • Uncheck "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer".
    • Click Apply, then restart the PC.
  3. Disable Windows Hello:
    • Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
    • Remove any PIN, fingerprint, or face recognition.
After doing this, the PC should boot straight to the desktop without asking for a password.
