C: Drive Partition Appearing as Separate Drive

Just did a clean install of Windows 11on a new SSD and a partition showing as a separate Drive (Z when I open File explorer. What's up?

Can you take a quick snip of the Disk Management Console.
Expand the columns enough so that we can see the pertinent details.

It was interesting. I will leave it alone through a couple of updates and see what happens. It it becomes annoying I play around with he registry tweaks.
