Hope someone can help me solve this.

I cannot use the camera on my laptop. When I go into Settings/Privacey & Security I am told it is being managed by my Organisation.
I am the only user on laptop and run in full Administrator.
When I go into Privacey & Security/ camera all choices are greyed out and I have no access to anything.
How do I enable an app (as an example - Zoom) to access my camera?

Win11 22H2 (fully updated) -
16GB Ram -
Dell Vostro 15 3515
AMd Ryzen 5 3450U with Radeon Mobile Gfx -
AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics -

I have a Vostro 3400 and have the camera Disabled in Device Manager, have you checked that setting? I changed it to Enabled then I can get the Privacy setting working.

Just checked Device Manager.

Camera is not disabled there.
It does not show manufacturer just Default Webcam
Tried disabling and the re-enabling again. No difference. Still showing unavailable in Settings

What would happen if I UNINSTALLED it and rebooted? would lappy RE-find it again?

Don't know when this first ocurred and only found out when I tried to use it in Zoom. Also tried attaching a USB camera to lappy with the same result.
