Cannot Access Windows Laptop Due to Missing Password Popup

I've been tryig to log into my Windows laptop but the password prompt isn't appearing. I've tried accessing Safe Mode but without being able to sign in, I'm unable to proceed. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
