Cannot pass the "I am not a robot" test

I'm trying to sign up on my new laptop, but I'm struggling to pass the "I am not a robot" test. Specifically, it's the one where I need to use the arrows to rotate the object to face in the direction of the hand.
Please assist me. every time I finish, it displays "something went wrong, please reload the challenge."

I've not seen that message nor the need for that authentication in setting up a new computer [my latest was in December] but not knowing the make, model name and model number of the computer prevents a useful solution. Or maybe the issue comes when trying to sign into a Web site?
