Can't Access Personal Vault on Local OneDrive Folder

I can't access Personal Vault on Local OneDrive folder. When I click on the Vault icon, I just get the properties of the folder. The OneDrive cloud folder is accessible. I've tried resetting OneDrive but that didn't solve it. Any suggestions? Recently I haven't been able to reach Microsoft telephone or chat support. Does anyone else have this issue? Thanks

Make sure its pointing to your user folder (your username) .. if not re-install OneDrive from beginning and configure it .. I have OneDrive but I denied sync option and removed from startup ..
