Can't add network location

Wanting to add new network location but can't figure out why since I already have added in the past.
Only 2 of 3 locations are visible on my notebook but all 3 are on other PC's. I've tried to browse with the wizard but location isn't shown to add.

not sure what I'm missing??

Try this:

Set network to Private (not Public)

Turn Network discovery ON

Don’t use the wizard — open File Explorer and type: \\IP-ADDRESS (or \\PC-NAME) in the top bar

Enter that PC’s username/password if asked

If still missing: restart both PCs + router

Most of the time it’s just Windows caching or discovery being off.
