Can't create windows hello pin

I want to use my fingerprint for sign-in, but it requires me to set up a PIN first. However, when I try to create a PIN, after entering and confirming the new PIN, the window closes and no PIN is created. This issue started after some service was performed on my device, although it seems unrelated. Any solutions to this problem?

Are you using Microsoft account or local account, there's also option to include alphabet and wildcards option .. make sure you have entered the according to the requirement ..
