Can't Enable Core Isolation Due to Persistent Driver Issue

I need some help. Even after removing the problematic driver, Windows still indicates its presence, but I can't locate it anywhere. I've tried various methods, including checking the Device Manager, but nothing has worked. How can I resolve this issue?
