When I double-click a ZIP file or right-click on it, File Explorer crashes, sometimes immediately, sometimes after a small delay.

There are some recent updates that improve crashes in explorer.exe with actions like this - are you fully updated with your W11 installation?
Do you have any existing zip/backup software installed your PC that has shell integrations? Carbonite and some other zip utilities have been known to cause this problem.
