Can't Release Hold on updates

Somehow I accidentally put a 1 week hold on updates. Things got really messed up, hade removed all restore points, so and I completely erased my Windows and reinstalled. I did save personal settings.
When I go back to settings/windows updates, it still shows a 1 week pause. How do I make it go back to automatically updating without any pause.
