Date, time and speakers status not updating in the bottom right corner of the desktop

I have noticed this morning that the date, time and speakers status is showing incorrectly in the bottom right hand corner of the desktop.
The settings page for date time and speakers show the correct information.
I believe for some reason this section of the screen has not been updated since 21:40 last night.

The fault is in the top bar, whatever that may be (Third party add on or...?)
