DirectX error message when trying to play games on Windows 11

Every time I try to play some games on my new PC, I get the message: "Error: A redistributable package (DirectX) was not installed correctly. Setup can't continue." This happens with games like Apex and Dying Light. My system shows that I have DirectX 12 and I'm on Windows 11.

If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.
