Display shutting down randomly

I am on windows 11. I use 2 displays with my laptop's lid closed. I set the power management to sleep after 2 hours with inactivity (for both battery and plug in). Why are my display keeps randomly shut off when I am still using the laptop. Thanks

Reset your power settings to "Never", and see if that fixes it.
