Edge slightly flashes after opening it up

just started doing this, edge slightly flashes after opening it up. Not a big deal but could it crash? Only program that is doing this, so it's not my equipment.

I assume you are using dark mode, in which case it's a long-running issue.

I am using light mode I am just think edge needs a tweet before it becomes a problem. If this was going on since the beginning but it just started.

I have not read of anything similar. I wonder if changing your edge homepage would help?

that brings up another issue changing home page, what web page address? gives me the pages that across the tile line last used sites? That page came with of edge I had for a while then lost stubbled across it, that page has no address. No other page has all that I want like that one. look at what comes up if you upgrade to Edge as your browser the page / home page you get.
