Error 0x80070652 during Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime - 6.0.29 (64x) installation

Each time I try to use the installer, I encounter the same error message. I already checked my computer for any conflicting installations, but found none. I really don’t know why I'm encountering this error. Do you have any ideas?
