To fix the issue, first try uninstalling ExplorerPatcher, either through Safe Mode or by removing its files manually if necessary. Next, run the Windows Update Troubleshooter to see if it can fix the update problem. You can also reset Windows Update components by using commands in Command Prompt to clear the update cache.
If that doesn't work, try updating Windows using the Media Creation Tool. Check if your version of ExplorerPatcher is compatible with the latest Windows update, and if it’s causing issues, disable it temporarily. Once the update is complete, you can reinstall ExplorerPatcher.
