Export from Outlook list of save and blocked email addresses

The title says at all, how to export that list from either the Outlook email client or from the Outlook web version. I can't find it, ended by doing it by hand, one by one...

I found that solution somewhere on internet, did not understand it, now I see.
The current versions of Outlook have no such 'File Home' bar, sorry.

Some programs such as Firefox have where right-clicking one of the visible bars at the top gives a choice of showing the Menu bar and the Favorites bar, the Menu bar has more functions available.

Currenrly I am using Oulook, with no other solution than copy and paste all and any locked email one by one....

Yes, I have the list now, needed it in my fight against spam.
