File explorer losing pinned folders

My File Explorer is losing periodically the folders that I pinned to Quick access. The period is not fixed and I can not attach this to a certain event (like, maybe Windows updates ?)

[Xploit Machine]

1. Open File Explorer -> Click the dots -> select VIEW -> click RESET FOLDERS
2. Close File Explorer and open it back, re-pin the folders you like and see the results, if the issue persists please post here
