"Half freezing" on desktop

Hello,
I installed the windows 11 beta version yestureday and it worked fine all day without any problems, but when I start my pc today windows is lagging and after and half freezes on desktop after a few minutes, I can move my mouse around and the windows key work but I cant open anny programs and I cant turn off my PC through windows.

I have tried to restore to windows 10 but it seems like the files are corrupted

Please double check and confirm that you have received all updates for Windows 11.
There have been a couple cumulative updates, many of which have addressed some earlier bugs and the most recent version should show 22000.120
as reflected below.

I wouldn't be surprised if some system files are corrupted. I'm pretty sure not a lot of users use sfc enough, if at all.
