How do I bypass Windows 11 setup to install on non-compatible CPU?

I have some older computers that run 6th generation Intel CPUs and a Ryzen 1000 series. They won't be compatible to upgrade but Windows 10 runs really well and I don't see why Windows 11 won't, at least if I can force an install.

Is this possible to do from a USB stick installer?
