- Submit a Support Ticket
- Visit the SafePal Help Center from their website.
- Click “Submit A Request”, describe your issue (e.g. wallet recovery, transaction error, lost seed phrase), and send.
- Expect a response within 24–48 hours.
- In-App Support
- Open the SafePal app.
- Go to Settings → Support → Submit a Request, and submit your issue directly.
- Help Center Content
- Includes troubleshooting articles and FAQs covering firmware updates, app errors, token issues, etc.
SafePal is decentralized and does not have a public phone line—they can’t help you recover wallets or transactions over the phone. All support is via tickets.
