How do I customize the Windows Explorer view for libraries?

Hello!
I like to change the selection of columns in Windows Explorer. And then save the selection for all such folders.
However when a library is selected, I am unable to save.
It would save me some time, if I could do this.

Set the window alignment, view according to your needs .. then click the Three dots -> Options -> Apply to Folders -> OK

this will save the settings .. the same for all the folders in library individually Documents, Downloads, Pictures, Music, Videos .. etc
