How to delete protection history report from Windows Defender

Recently, Windows Defender flagged malware, but i manually removed it after locating the threat.
Even though the threat is no longer present, it remains listed in Windows Defender's active threats. When i select remove or quarantine, nothing happens since the threat has already been eliminated.
Could you please advise me on how to remove this log from my Windows Defender Protection History? Thank you.

Type C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service in the address bar and press Enter

Delete (Only Unlocking tool will be able to delete the history) because those files are protected, same goes inside the definitions folder where you can delete the backup folder too (because the Defender saved pattern is duplicated and takes double it's size);
