How to reinstall driver when the touchpad, cursor, and touch screen are not functioning?

My touchpad stopped working, so I attempted to uninstall all the HID-compliant devices. Now my touch screen isn't working either.

Not having any information about the computer can only say that the original drivers have to be installed/re-installed, may have to download them from that maker's site. I have a 10-year-old HP Envy 17" TouchSmart Notebook that has been upgraded from Win7 to Win10 then forced into the unsupported Win11, no issue with the functions of TouchPad and TouchScreen.
