How to Remove 'Mobile devices' From Startup Apps

I've uninstalled Phone Link app. However, I can't uninstall 'Mobile devices' from Task manager>Startup apps.

I have it Disabled 'Mobile devices' but to me that's not enough.

Any ideas on how to remove 'Mobile devices' from the Startup??

Download and run this tool as administrator and remove anything related to Mobile / Mobile Sync / Phone / Phone Link etc.

This tool is Windows Security / Defender friendly and does not require to be turned off before running .. becareful and don't remove unnecessary items, below is my screenshot sample which I didn't remove ..

I was able to open the file but I have no idea what items are related to Mobile / Mobile Sync / Phone / Phone Link.
