I had to reset my HP Windows 11 laptop and now it does not work like it should

I recently had to reset my Windows 11 HP laptop, and now it doesn't work right. I’m not sure how to explain what it's doing, but it seems like the reset didn't fully complete. Can someone please help me?

If it didn't properly reset it may be necessary to do it again. If that fails again it may need a reinstall. Hard to say further not knowing where, when, why, how it's failing.
