Internet and Bluetooth issues after Windows 11 update KB5040527

After updating to Windows 11 KB5040527, I lost all internet access following a restart. Restarting the internet adapter didn’t resolve the issue. The airplane mode and battery saver icons in the tray are grayed out, and the Device Manager shows that both the MediaTek WiFi adapter and Bluetooth are not working.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
