issue with the voice typing feature on my Windows 11 system

I regularly switch between Korean and English language packs and keyboards. Although voice typing in Korean functions correctly, I'm unable to switch the voice typing to English mode. I've tried adjusting the language input mode of the keyboard, but this hasn't fixed the problem. Any assistance or guidance to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
