KB5039212 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Stuck at 25% and Keeps Saying Retry

One of my Windows 11 updates, the 2024-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5039212), keeps failing. It goes up to 25% and then stops, prompting me to retry. How can I fix this

PAUSE the update, goto SETTINGS -> SYSTEM -> TEMPORARY and clear everything listed there .. then goto File Explorer -> WIndows -> SoftwareDistribution (delete everything inside here, remember to delete only the content and never delete the folder itself.

Restart the computer and proceed with the KB5039212 again .. :)
