Location Cannot Turn On

Going bonkers over this. Lenovo laptop where I upgraded to Win 11. Location on/off is grayed out and cannot get to default location. I believe I set a default, but cannot check it. In process of getting maps and that doesn't seem to be working. Chrome is my default browser. Google Maps works fine. Do I even need MS Maps ? Cannot find anything in GPEDIT.msc
