Microsoft Store Error Code 0xC0EA000A

I recently got a new laptop and tried to download an app from the Microsoft Store, but I keep getting error 0xC0EA000A after it tries to acquire the license. This happens with every app I try to install. I've tried resetting the Microsoft Store cache with WSReset.exe, restarting my PC, and setting my time zone automatically. I also ran the sfc /scannow command as an administrator, but nothing worked. I'm not familiar with the new Settings interface and couldn't try all the troubleshooting steps suggested online. Confirm your license status at SETTINGS -> SYSTEM -> ACTIVATION see if the license is properly activated .. if not, remove the license and reactivate again ..
