Mouse pointer

in Win11 since up dating too I have had a ongoing issue. When you pass your mouse pointer over certain areas of your screen in all screens your pointer shows a spinning wheel that if the area is where you need to enter text or numbers it makes it that you cannot.
Quickens is one program that this is an issue the other is when you type something wrong when you try to correct the wheel blocks you from making those changes
I have threw device manger looked for driver update there is not up date

I did find out later, you have to use left mouse button for auto/Gramer correct that is default with Win11, where all previse windows versions, it was the right button.
