My Bluetooth headphones won’t connect or show a light after trying to turn them off during a call

My Bluetooth headphones bugged out after I tried turning them off during a phone call. They won’t connect anymore and there’s no light indicating they’re on. However, I can still adjust the volume.
What can i do to fix this issue?
