My taskbar on second screen got bigger uppwards

as i said in the thread my taskbar on second screen got bigger uppwards its can now fit like 3 icons downwards i dont want that how do i fix?

A bit of a hit in the dark, but I am not certain it is the taskbar that has moved upwards, I think you should reduce the resolution of the monitor, or resize it.
