New Insider ISO released (25140)

The new ISO is released for the DEV channel and available on the MS-Insider download site.

I am currently making a bootable medium to install the latest one, then we will see which built this actually is. to be continued

So far, so good. My registry hack still works but I hate that one needs Internet and an email addy to do the setup. One can change it to a local account later on.

So, this version is 22H2 as well as the 22621. What a disappointment
