No sound after update

Hello everyone, after i did update for windows 11 my PC audio is not working. I checked all the output devices and and device manager but it’s not showing anything related. Do i need to uninstall the update and check? Please help. Thanks

Updates often have issues when first released and a couple of weeks thereafter many are resolved. I suggest going with the uninstall and downloading again down the road.
