Sometimes when I boot up my pc, there's no task bar, and when I try to access them, there's no ms-settings or file explorer. It's basically identical to the issue described here:
The quickfix in the link above does work if I put it into cmd and then restart twice but it keeps happening almost every time I boot up my pc without doing those steps. Does anyone know how I can permanently resolve the issue?
