Odd large blue icons with double arrow overlayed on desktop icons

Hi just wondering if anyone else has noticed the above? I have one drive installed and am wondering is it related to that?

The blue double arrows indicate the file is compressed. If you open the file’s properties is the ‘compress file’ ticked?
If this isn’t the case then please provide a screenshot.
