Onedrive does not show the 1TB that is included with O365 current subscription is working in PC.
Windows 11 full updated 25H2 with all required, optional & firmware updates current.
Lenovo i7 NVMe
O365 Personal new subscription activated with MS
Onedrive consistantly shows only 5GB free version.
Confirmed only 1 MS personal account with <name>. There are no MS Work/Corporate accounts with the same <name>, or any <name>. No Windows local accounts, no other Windows accounts, only the same MS account on Windows. Email working, all parts of PC working well, no viruses, or glitches. Outlook New > Email working well. No password problems.
Restarted Onedrive
Reinstalled Onedrive
Unlinked MS Account in Ondrive
Logged out of MS in Office / Word 365, relogged
No other versions of Office currently installed
Internet connection stable and fast
VPN working well
No browser extension malware
All other MS cloud Onedrive stats show as 1TB, Onedrive.com, Microsoft.com, other settings in Onedrive app, Windows Settings Home Page, all show 1TB. The only place it shows old 5GB total storage is in Onedrive > Manage Folders.
Is this a glitch in File Explorer, or MS Cloud? The O365 cloud space has been paid for, but when logging into the account, it is unavailable, only 5GB.
