Permanently disable Asus service on Windows

I want to permanently disable the "Asus Optimization" service on my Windows 11 but after disabling this service, it automatically starts after some time.

The same thing happens with windows update service as well.

How do I prevent the service from starting automatically?

Google for Chameleon StartUp Manager .. remove anything related to ASUS and reboot the computer

Not only for Asus, you can even stop any other services if you want via the task manager.
Open your task manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc
Go to the service tab and find/search the service you want to disable.
