Random Software Installation Glitch?

Is anyone else having issues with installing software? What is happening to me is that it some software won't install on the first few attempts. Eventually, the software installs after repeated attempts. This happened with EndNote 20, for instance.

I've been lucky and not experienced any problems so far. Did you get a reason for the software failing to install, an error of some sort?

No reason. The computer seemed to think about it for a moment and then did nothing.

Well, it happened with Nvidia's Geforce Experience v 3.23.0.74 .exe file. After the UAC asking if I wanted to allow the app to make changes, nothing happened. I set to run as administrator.

Edit: I downloaded v 3.22.0.32. That one installed without a problem. Hmm....
