Right click > New Menu > ? Remove items

I have searched the internet for articles on how to edit the content of the "New" menu and found very few that actually addressed this issue. I found several Freeware apps that sounded like the solution only to be disappointed. Years ago, I did find an app that did what I wanted so I know one is out there.
There must be others that want to streamline this menu so if you have found an app that works, please share it.

If you only wish to delete certain items, All of them are only shortcuts to:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

You can delete the ones you do not want to see, from there.
