Screen loses its brightness every 10 or 15 minutes.

My screen loses brightness after a short period of time, and I have to move my cursor to bring it back to the brightness I've set. It's around every 10 minutes, so is a real issue for me. This has been going on for months, since I bought my new laptop with Windows 11 Home installed on it. All my settings are set to NEVER, and a Windows expert even took over my laptop and checked all the settings, which were NEVER, so this should not be happening. Windows 10 did not do this; it must be something in 11. Any suggestions?
